What I automate
| Problem | What I build |
|---|---|
| Calls aren't logged in the CRM | Every RingCentral call logged to the right GoHighLevel contact automatically, via Zapier. |
| Leads sit in spreadsheets | Pipelines that move scraped or imported leads into Google Sheets and trigger outreach emails through Gmail (n8n). |
| No overview of the pipeline | Google Apps Script that syncs your GoHighLevel pipeline into Sheets for a live kanban board. |
| Slow manual lookups | Search popups in Sheets, custom web tools and Chrome extensions that do the reading for you. |
| Messy contact data | Normalization and enrichment workflows that clean and complete your records. |
Tools I work with
How I work
- Map the manual taskYou show me what you do by hand today. I find the steps a machine can take over.
- Build and testI build the automation and test it with real examples before it touches live data.
- Hand over with docsYou get a short write-up of how it works, so your team isn't dependent on me.
- Keep it runningI monitor, fix edge cases and improve it as your process changes.
Why a VA who builds
Most VAs do the repetitive work. I do it too, but I also look for ways to stop doing it. My Computer Science background means I can read documentation, debug a broken zap and build small tools when an off-the-shelf app doesn't fit. See the tools I've built for real examples.
Frequently asked questions
Can you fix or improve automations I already have?
Yes. I can review existing Zapier, n8n or GoHighLevel workflows, find what's breaking and clean them up.
Do you need admin access to my tools?
Usually I need a user account with enough permissions to build and test. We can set up access in a way that fits your security needs.
Is it a one-time project or ongoing?
Either. Some clients want a single automation built; others want ongoing support as part of a broader VA role.
What if I'm not sure what to automate?
Tell me what eats up your time each week. I'll suggest what's worth automating and what isn't.
